Repair (Factory Specification OEM Standards)High Quality Accudraft® Heated and Downdraft Paint Booth
Clean high gloss finishes require clean high quality paint booths. Our heated downdraft paint booth produces clean environments for clan paint work.
Heating the air help us control the paints consistency and the dry times that increase production and lowers cycle times; Meaning you get your car back faster.
Why are Downdraft Booths Better?
Downdraft paint booths pull air from the top of the car (ceilings are cleaner than floors) and exhaust the dirty air into the floor where it is filtered and leave the building, exhausted air is filtered to remove paint over spray before it leaves the building.
The floor is the dirtiest place in a body shop, filler dust, primer over spray, paper, dirt from tires lay on the floor inside a paint booth, as clean as we keep it, dust always accumulates, downdraft booths hold the dust on the floor, rather than stirring it up into the air..
Computerized color matching builds color consistency and gives us the ability to factory match your paint. Insurance companies love body shops with computerized color matching systems, it build customer confidence and the Insurance Companies know the job will be done to factory specifications or better.
That’s probably a term you’ve never heard before. Factory paint has texture, gloss imperfections typically called orange peal, all factory paint has it. When doing a repair, its important your new texture matches the old, making the repair almost invisible to someone who didn't even know the car was damaged.
For special projects, the texture can be removed, but for run of the mill factory work, a little texture is needed to match the old paint.
Starting with high quality colors and clears is the beginning, allowing experienced professional do the work will spare you lots of headaches and improve the repair quality. Machine polishing is the most common way for body shops to improving or match OEM paint texture.
Panel blending, spot blends, metallic's and base coat clear coats.
We only use the highest quality materials to give you a life time repair and the confidence that when you get you car back, it will be the same or better than it was before the accident.
